This file contains details of any applicable specific extensions, limitations
or other variations to the terms of the End User License Agreement that

===============================================================================
Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms have the meaning given to
them in the End User License Agreement that accompanies this release.

intellectual property; (iii) are not Arm Compliant Products; and (iv) are owned
or licensed by you, or manufactured or developed by you or on your behalf.
"Arm Compliant Product" means a physical integrated circuit that incorporates
either or both Arm technology and an implementation of any version of an Arm
architecture.
"Software" means software owned by you and/or licensed by you from a third
party, including, but not limited to, applications, libraries and Arm
API-compliant plug-ins, but excluding Arm Software and Software Models.
"Software Models" means software that functionally models or implements, in
whole or in part, (i) an Arm Compliant Product; or (ii) an Arm IP block, in a
virtual (non-silicon) environment.

1. Notwithstanding wording to the contrary in any separate license agreement you
have entered into with Arm that governs your use of this Arm Tool, use of any
and all Arm Tools (or components thereof) is permitted solely (subject to
paragraph 2 below) for the purpose of building, developing, testing, debugging,
analysing (including generation of Reports) and optimising Software and
Ancillary Hardware.

2. Use of any Arm Tool for the purposes of building, developing, testing,
debugging, analysing (including generation of Reports) and optimising Arm
Compliant Products or Software Models is subject to you holding a current and
valid license from Arm for the relevant version of the Arm architecture, Arm
technology or implementation (as applicable) to which the Arm Tools are applied,
and (i) for Arm Compliant Products, such license expressly granting you the
right to manufacture or have manufactured those Arm Compliant Products; or (ii)
for Software Models, such license expressly granting you the right to develop
and distribute those Software Models.
